Why does water need to be removed from a commercial facility immediately after flooding?

If your business has a flood, it is critical that you get the water removed immediately. The longer the water sits in your building the more damage it can cause. Water can begin wicking up drywall and other materials as soon as it makes contact.

SERVPRO of North Tempe will have technicians come in and begin the extraction process immediately. Once all of the water is sucked up, they will begin to place drying equipment throughout the facility.

Each day the team at SERVPRO will come on site and monitor the drying process. After the facility is dry they can remove the equipment and get everything put back together.
